Birthing Babies VA LLC is now offering childbirth education classes in Tappahannock, Richmond, live, virtual learning, self-paced online classes and private classes in your home. Doula services and Postpartum Belly Binding are available from the Northern Neck to Richmond and our Birth Planning Web Consultations can take place from anywhere!

Childbirth class participants will learn:

• Tips for a healthy pregnancy,
• How to know when labor has begun,
• The labor and birth process,
• Tools for managing labor and birth, and
• Helpful tips on managing the postpartum period.

Classes are ideal for first time parents and parents that are looking for a more empowered birth than they may have had previously!
